- Sellers must provide customer support and respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.
8. Buyer Protections
- Buyers are protected by the Platform's refund policy.
- Buyers may request refunds or cancellations in accordance with the Platform's refund policy.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- UCONNECT disclaims all liability for damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform.
- In no event shall UCONNECT be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
